About the Wine
A touch lighter than most of the syrahs, but this more medium bodied wine stuns with great blue fruit notes, a hint of oak, and just a dash of bacon (yes, bacon). Pair with with a 2-year aged cheddar, a blue cheese, and of course a big steak on the grill.
Our building once housed a bakery famed for rye and an impromptu drive-thru, courtesy of the sudden two lane merge out front. This label is a tribute to the few folks that got a little too close and personal with the building, as their brakelight never came on until it was too late.
